Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person.  It is the responsibility of all Skyline staff to maintain and keep accurate records.  We will not collect or release personal information about present or former Residents, Investors, or Employees to outside parties unless requested by them or obligated to under federal or provincial law.

We strongly believe in having transparent practices and we will happily explain the purposes for which the personal information is being collected.  Any “non-personal” information that is collected through its websites may be used for technical, research, and analytical purposes, at our discretion.

Protection of Personal Information

Skyline takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

If information ever needs to be disclosed to a third party, we will always obtain consent, and take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the third party has privacy procedures and policies in place that are at least comparable to those implemented by us.

When information is no longer relevant or required, it will be destroyed, erased, or made anonymous as soon as reasonably possible.

Carrie Lamarche, P. Eng

Vice President, Development

Carrie Lamarche P. Eng

As Vice President, Development, Carrie oversees the end-to-end real estate development process for SkyDev, from site acquisition to placement into service.

Carrie joined SkyDev with 20 years of experience in real estate development spanning multiple asset classes. She has been accountable for all steps in the development process including creation of real estate market strategies, feasibility assessment and due diligence for lease/land purchases, acquisitions, schedule management, municipal approvals, and design & construction management.

As Vice President, Design, Construction & Maintenance at Walmart Canada, Carrie oversaw maintenance and capital expenditure projects for a 30M+ square foot portfolio of retail, warehouse, and office properties, including any new store and distribution centre design & construction. Her achievements include the creation of a Sustainability Strategic Plan to reduce energy consumption by 50% by 2025, testing alternate technologies in refrigeration, solar, and wind, achieving 88% diversion of waste to landfill, and enhancing customer experience through an updated contemporary design for stores.

Carrie’s managerial approach is based in servant leadership, and centres on active listening, mentoring, and perpetuating an inclusive culture that values diverse thinking. She is an advocate of ongoing self-development and sustainable practices in both personal and professional life.

Carrie is a Professional Engineer and holds a B.A. Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo. She is also a Director of the Guelph Non-Profit Housing Association, providing social housing and programs to meet the needs of Guelph’s low and moderate-income households. Her wide-ranging experience across the real estate development field makes her an asset to the SkyDev team.

Sarah Reeve

Senior Development Coordinator

Sarah Reeve's Profile Image

Sarah is the Senior Development Coordinator for SkyDev. She is responsible for the coordination of research, planning, and all other regulatory duties in the development process. Her other duties include liaising with internal stakeholders, City staff, third-party consultants, and architects. She oversees logistical timelines for projects including feasibility studies, applications and permits, proformas, and architectural planning.

Sarah joined SkyDev in 2019 with previous experience in Land Development with a residential home builder, as well as Real Estate Acquisitions and Expropriation for the Ontario government. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph.

Andy Coutts

Vice President of Capital Projects

Andy is the Vice President of Construction and the very first Skyline employee, having been hired by Skyline’s owners, Jason Castellan, Martin Castellan, and R. Jason Ashdown, in 2001. At that time, Andy helped Skyline manage approximately 40 student rental houses, along with a handful of Skyline’s first apartment properties. As Skyline’s apartment assets grew, Andy became a regional Property Manager for three years, moved into a CAPEX director role in 2005, and now leads the oversight of all construction in the Skyline portfolios having overseen hundreds of millions in project value over his tenure.

Gregory Jones is the President of SkyDev. He leads the development team and is responsible for bringing new real estate developments to fruition for the Skyline Group of Companies. Greg has worked with various real estate development firms delivering new buildings across Canada and the United States.

Greg has over 15 years of apartment, retail, and commercial real estate development experience. He holds an Undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Housing and Real Estate Management, a Master of Land Use Planning, and a Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance and Organization studies.
