Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. It is the responsibility of all Skyline staff to maintain and keep accurate records. We will not collect or release personal information about present or former Residents, Investors, or Employees to outside parties unless requested by them or obligated to under federal or provincial law.
We strongly believe in having transparent practices and we will happily explain the purposes for which the personal information is being collected. Any “non-personal” information that is collected through its websites may be used for technical, research, and analytical purposes, at our discretion.
Protection of Personal Information
Skyline takes precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
If information ever needs to be disclosed to a third party, we will always obtain consent, and take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the third party has privacy procedures and policies in place that are at least comparable to those implemented by us.
When information is no longer relevant or required, it will be destroyed, erased, or made anonymous as soon as reasonably possible.

To make sure your personal information is secure we communicate our privacy and security guidelines to all Skyline employees and strictly enforce privacy safeguards within the company. We will readily make our policies and practices available in a variety of ways to Residents, Investors, and staff.
