Orise Afam

Orise is responsible for managing all construction assets for SkyDev, including complex multi-residential, retail, and commercial developments.

Orise oversees the construction process from development through completion and turnover. He actively contributes to new development planning and is responsible for implementation as well as scheduling, budget management, and the overall quality program. He works closely with the development team and external consultants to establish precise plans and specifications, and with contractors to see projects through to completion.

Prior to joining Skyline, Orise worked with one of the world’s largest real estate and global asset management firms. In his previous role, he specialized in mid to high-rise mixed-use asset developments, spanning preconstruction, construction management, and multi-year performance audit exercises.

Orise brings a vast knowledge of the real estate development sector to SkyDev as well as an understanding of design, building systems, building methodologies, and construction administration. He believes that the development of proper systems and protocols leads to a highly engaged and organized workforce capable of operating optimally and independently.

Orise holds a Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Architecture and is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional). He also holds a LEED Certification with the Green Building Council.
